The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 144, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10, 13, 18, 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Neither the petitioner is involved in any anti social organization nor he has committed any offence. The

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018.
