The petitioner seeks bail in Keoti P.S. Case No.187 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 35.300 liters of nepali wine from a car, while he is moving on the said vehicle.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case having no criminal antecedent and he in custody since 10.12.2019. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is only a passenger on the said car. The petitioner is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Considering nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions JudgeII-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No.187 of 2019 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation/trial, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
