JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) Date : 08-07-2025 Review petitioners have assailed the order of the Co-ordinate Bench dated 25.02.2020 passed in L.P.A. No. 1162 of 2018, arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 13787 of 2015.

2. The one and only contention raised by the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.53 of 2021 dt.08-07-2025 2/2 Review Petitioners are that Co-ordinate Bench proceeded to pass orders against the Review petitioners only on the score of delay in initiation of inquiry. It is submitted that minor punishment had been imposed to the extent of stoppage of three increments with non-cumulative effect. Therefore, allowing L.P.A. is incorrect.

Be that as it may, Review Petitioners have not apprised with any material information as to why there is delay of about one decade in initiation of inquiry in respect of certain interpolation in the roster register alleged to have been committed by the Respondent - Hare Krishna Yadav way back in the year 1998. Having regard to these factual aspects, Review petitioners have not made out a case so as to review the order of the Co-ordinate Bench dated 25.02.2020 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1162 of 2018.

4. Accordingly, Civil Review No. 53 of 2021 stands dismissed.
