JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 11.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 342, 343, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
