Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402, 414, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-25(i-B) A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report on the ground that apprehended accused disclosed before the police that it was the petitioner, who had sent them for committing dacoity.

It is undisputed fact that at the time of present occurrence, the petitioner was in jail custody in connection with another case.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
