Following is the relief sought for in the present writ application.

"For issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner to conduct the intermediate of science examination, 2017 as per schedule published by Bihar School Examination Board (in short B.S.E.B.) vide Communiqué No. PR-05/2017 i.e. last month of May, or first week of the June, 2007 and subsequently publish the result towards the end of June, 2017."

This application has become infructuous and it is dismissed as having become infructuous.
