JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2019 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners stating that in the order 29.1.2019 name of petitioner No.3 Gourav Yadav has not been mentioned though he has been granted anticipatory bail by the said order. In the said circumstances, the order dated 29.1.2019 stands modified to the extent that in the title portion in array of petitioners name of Gourav Yadav should be read as petitioner No.3 and name of Manorma Devi should also be read as petitioner No.4 instead of petitioner No.3 and other part of order shall remain intact.
