It would appear from perusal of annexure 2 to the petition that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Shambhu Yadav @ Chotanki @ Chotu has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 22.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 2982/2015 and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in GRP Patna P.S. Case no. 458/2014.
