Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation one co-accused namely Rahul Kumar@ Rahul Kumar Ravi has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 37177 of 2014 whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 24.04.2015, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera in connection with Session trial no. 333 of 2015 arising out of Hasanpur P.S.case No. 28 of 2013.
