Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 259 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from a place near Veerkunwar Asthan of village Karmadih, Nabinagar and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
