2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of present application, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 24.11.2023 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge-V-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with POCSO case No. 14 of 2023 arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022, by which the petition filed by the petitioner for discharge under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. has been rejected but, during pendency of the present application, charges came to be framed against the petitioner and trial has now commenced, thus, he seeks permission to withdraw this application.

2. Permission, as sough for, is accorded.
