Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned Spl. PP for the Vigilance, Mr. Arvind Kumar.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case with an allegation that she sought appointment as teacher based on forged and fabricated certificate. It is next submitted that the FIR came to be instituted based on an inquiry conducted behind her back. It is also submitted that had an opportunity been given

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8781 of 2024(2) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 to the petitioner to explain her case, perhaps the FIR would not have been instituted. It is next submitted that petitioner has resigned.

The learned Spl. PP for the Vigilance along with the learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
