JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to pay of the certificate amount in terms of the judgment dated 25.02.2017 passed in O.A. Case No. 671/2016, therefore, he is only looking for few installments to be fixed by this court so that petitioner can pay the entire dues. No one appears on behalf of the Bank.
In the present facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the opinion that the petitioner may approach the competent authority of the Bank or file an appropriate application in the recovery proceeding as the case may be with a prayer to allow him to pay all the dues in few installments
Patna High Court CWJC No.8645 of 2017(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 which will be considered by the Bank or Recovery Officer as the case may be in accordance with the recovery policy of the Bank and in accordance with law.
