Patna High Court CWJC No.24354 of 2018(2) dt.21-09-2020 2/2 21-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In the present case, the petitioners are claiming that their case is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 11.03.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15956 of 2006 (Umesh Prasad and Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.). In such view of the matter, let the concerned respondent authority examine the case of the present petitioners vis-a-vis the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 15956 of 2006 (Umesh Prasad and Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and if it is found that the facts, prayer and law of cases are identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioners will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 15956 of 2006 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not formed any opinion on the merit of the case.
