2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with following reliefs:- "(i) To direct the Respondent authorities concerned to stop the construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1392 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/3 Village Bhatwaliya under Block Sangrampur, District- East Champaran pertaining to Thana no. 193, Khata no. 303, Plot No.1696, Area 4 Kathta 15 dhur without any proper information/notice in a very illegal manner.

(ii) For a direction to the District Magistrate, East Champaran to take proper decision on the matter concerned in accordance with law and stop the construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in Sangrampur over the land of petitioner in a very illegal manner.

(iii) For a direction to the Respondent no. 4 District Collector, East Champaran, to take appropriate action and pass a proper order on representation dated 14.12.2024 through registered/speed post by the petitioner by which the petitioner tried to attract attention on the issues and raised objection over the illegal construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan over his private land.

(v) For any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioners are entitled too in accordance with law."

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for fulfillment of his grievances, the petitioner has filed representation before the S.D.O. Areraj, as well as copy of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1392 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 3/3 same has also been delivered to the Additional Collector. Subsequently, representation has also been filed to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, East Champaran, Motihari, but no action has been taken and official authorities are sat over the matter. Counsel submits that all grievances have already been mentioned in the application.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that a direction may be given to the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari and he shall look into the matter and his representation shall be considered within the stipulated period of time.

5. In the background of the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate-cumCollector, East Champaran, Motihari, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2024, which has been sent to him through registered/speed post, within 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him. It is made clear that status quo as on date shall be maintained till final decision.
