Taking into consideration that stolen motorcycle has not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused who was caught by the police along with stolen motorcycle, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Khaira P.S. Case no. 129/2013.
