The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, these petitioners have been made accused in this case merely on the basis of suspicion which is evident from the F.I.R. itself. No occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R. took place and the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to earlier enmity. The petitioners may

Case No. 350 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
