The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 436 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 10, 13. 16(B), 18,19,20 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Sukhari Mahto. The petitioner was also apprehended but nothing has been recovered from his possession. Similarly situated co-accused Ajay Kumar, Jai Kishun Bhagat and MukeshRam have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24725 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Uday Shankar, Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case no. 07 of 2015.
