The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1055C of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 354 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a case and counter case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of mischief mongers of locality. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that occurrence took place on 03.07.2018 and the complaint was lodged on 06.07.2018, after a delay of 3 days without any sufficient

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 1055C of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
