The petitioner being the elder brother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 14.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws and the petitioner claims to have separate from the husband. The investigation has already concluded. Moreover, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24603 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 husband of the victim is in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Piro, District - Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro (Hassan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2014.
