ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the father-in-law, is in custody since 10.12.2019 in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.128 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the son of the petitioner, i.e. the husband of the deceased has now surrendered in the court below and therefore the petitioner, being the father-in-law with no specific role, may be extended the privilege of bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3826 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.128 of 2019.
