2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievances but the said representations have not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within two weeks before the respondent no.2 and respondent no.2 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any admitted dues,

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view against the concerned respondent if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.
