1. This is an application for quashing the order dated 29.03.2019 passed by the learned Sub-Judge-III, Danapur in T.S. No. 433 of 2012 by which the counter claim of the defendant no.1 has been accepted and directed to do needful to get the Counter claim registered and the plaintiff is directed to W S to counter claim.

2. This court does not interfere in the impugned order by which the Court below has allowed the written statement and the counter claim to be filed together.

3. This application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file the written statement to the counter claim
