JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 342, 353, 283 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners and several other accused persons is of creating road blockade and damaging the public property.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that though they are named in the F.I.R., but nothing specific has been attributed against them. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides, considering the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1614 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada, in connection with Mufassil P.S.
