JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-10-2022 Today being Friday, matters are being taken up through virtual mode, as per current procedure for hearing. Writ petitioner has been filed for following reliefs:- i. To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, in the nature of certiorari for quashing the Order dated 31.05.2021 passed by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Muzaffarpur (as contained in memo no.1829 dated 01.06.2021) by which the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Gramin Awas Sahayak has been cancelled (as contained in Annexure-10) ii. To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1483 of 2022(2) dt.14-10-2022 2/2 the nature of certiorari for quashing the Order dated 08.10.2021 passed by the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, as contained in memo no.3166 dated 22.10.2021 by which the appeal of the petitioner has been rejected (as contained in Annexure-14).

iii. To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in service with all consequential benefits i.e. back salary, etc.

iv. To any other relief or reliefs for which the Petitioner is entitled to.

For availing the remedy of revision before the Principal Secretary, Mr. Raju Giri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner. With liberty as prayed for, writ petition is disposed of. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) shashank/- U
