JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to implead the Collector, Khagaria as respondent no.4 in the present writ petition. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.4 and the respondent no.4 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a composite representation before the respondent no.4 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.4 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
