The petitioner seeks bail in Motipur P.S. Case No. 07/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 10, 13, 16(B), 18, 19, 20 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion and the police after investigation arrested the police on mere suspicion. The police obtained the confessional statement of the petitioner. Except confession there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 26.03.2015. Similarly situated co-accused, namely Mukesh Ram, Ajay Kumar, Jai Kishun Bhagat have already been enlarged on bail.

No.25441 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Uday Shankar, Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 07/2015.
