JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 498(A), 406/34 of the IPC and under section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is still ready to keep the complainant with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition which reads as follows:- "8. That the petitioner is ready to keep the complaint with full honour and dignity. He is in jail since 22.01.2016."

No.16628 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and present stand of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 752(C) of 2013, Trial No. 6407 of 2015.
