2. The present application has been preferred: for an appropriate writ/writs for quashing the common order dated 18.8.2016 in B.L.T. Case No. 647/2014 heard and disposed of alongwith B.L.T. Case No.6742675/2014, passed by the Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, whereby and whereunder the court has affirmed the order dated 10.8.2013 passed by the Addl.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8662 of 2017(4) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 Collector by a common order dated 10-8-13 in Mutation Revision Case No. 09/2009-10 as well the common order of the D.C.L-R.

dated 24.7.2009 in Mutation Appeal No.

42/2007-08 as the Appellate court has set-aside the order of Mutation Case No. 333 2007-08 passed on 23.10.2007 disposed of two other cases also because of its same nature.

3. In view of the non appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
