2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that prima-facie, it transpires that compliance of the order dated 11.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13269 of 2021 has been made. But, he seeks only liberty that in case of scrutiny, if it transpires to the petitioners that the payment has not been made in true compliance of the order, then they shall file fresh representation before the authorities concerned and sue further.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection for the same.

4. As such, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and the present M.J.C. petition stands disposed off with aforesaid liberty.
