JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 0302-2016 in connection with a case registered under Sections-419, 420, 406 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code. Although the petitioner is named in the first information report and it is stated that he was also caught along with other accused but even if, the story, as propounded by the informant assumed to be true, then also, the entire allegation of taking money centres around against co-accused and so far as petitioner is concerned; it is only stated that he was driving the vehicle, in which, other accused had come to take money.
