In this case, the petitioner is raising grievance that he has filed the Revision Application against the order passed in Supply Appeal Case No.50 of 2008-09 one and half year ago, but the Commissioner, who is the Revisional Authority, has not disposed of the same till date though this Court while relegating the matter has fixed four months time to dispose of the Revision Application.
