The petitioner is said to be member of unlawful assembly and having similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 541 of 2014 arising out of Dandari P.S. Case No. 49 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Begusarai.
