The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302 and 201 IPC.

The informant alleged that his brother went with the petitioner to purchase grain but he did not return. On inquiry, the petitioner is said to have disclosed that uncle has gone to Punjab. On 30.6.2014, his dead body was recovered from a well.

It is submitted that except suspicion, there is no material to show that the petitioner committed the murder of the brother of the informant. The dead body was recovered after three days of his disappearance. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge I/c, Rohtas (Sasaram), in connection with Sessions Trial No.03 of 2015 arising out of Sheosagar P.S.Case No.139 of 2014.
