Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, marriage of the deceased had taken place six years ago and after marriage, she was residing at her matrimonial home.

Moreover, submission on behalf of the petitioner is that husband of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Chanpatiya (Sirisiya) P.S. Case no.
