2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354(B) 379, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the deceased on his head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that in a fight, the deceased had fallen down and sustained some injuries and died but no external injuries has been found on the head to support the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Since no injury has been found on the body of the deceased, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023.
