The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 157 of 2018, P.R. No. 26 dated 15.09.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the court below for grant of bail.
