Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of suspicion and after that he was arrested and made his confessional statement. Except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 31.1.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada in Kashichak (Sahpur O.P) P.S. Case
