2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 392 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of snatching the bag from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The petitioner is in jail since 21.06.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- IV, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 392 of 2023.
6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Khizersarai Police Station, Gaya on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
