Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Section 364-A of the Indian Penal Code but later on, converted into Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that on the basis of confessional statement of petitioner the dead body of deceased and the weapon, used in committing the murder of the deceased, was recovered, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 354 of 2015 arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 42 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16416 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.
