JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-04-2022 The present petition has been filed for restoration of the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 4058 of 2015, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 13-08-2018.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by the time, he reached this Court on 13-08-2018, writ petition had been called out and dismissed for want of prosecution.
Having regard to the explanation furnished in the
Patna High Court MJC No.4871 of 2018(3) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 petition and the submission made in support thereof, this court would find sufficient grounds for allowing the restoration petition. The same is allowed.
Let C.W.J.C. No. 4058 of 2015 be restored to its original file.
