This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of writ(s) in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the respondents to immediately remove the encroachment of plot no. 882 and the obstacle in the right of passage and sewage of the petitioner which has been encroached by the encroachers the respondent no. 6 since the plot no. 882 has been purchased by

(ii) for commanding the respondents as to why the encroachment on plot no. 882 and the obstacle in the right of passage and sewage has not been removed as yet though the said land belongs to the petitioner.

(iii) for commanding the respondents as to why plot no. 882 which belongs to the petitioner has been encroached by the encroachers and the same has not yet been removed.

(iv) for commanding the respondents as to why the respondents has not removed the encroachment of the said land which falls within the jurisdiction of Village-Wajidur, Thana No. 166, Khata No.

70, Khesra No. 882, Police StationSheikhpura (Hathiyawan O.P.) has been encroached by the encroacher, when the petitioner is the rightful owner of the said land.

(v) for any other writ(s), direction(s) or order(s) as the Court deem fit and proper.

3. After some argument petitioner requests to dispose of the writ petition, with liberty to file fresh application before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura/respondent no. 2.

In the event the petitioner files his application before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura/respondent no. 2. within a period of six weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months thereafter.
