JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2022 The present writ petition has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for the reason that on account of inadvertence, order of some other case has been printed and uploaded in the present case by way of order dated 28.06.2022, hence the said order dated 28.06.2022 is recalled and it is directed that the following order, which was actually passed in the present case on 28.06.2022, be deemed to be the one passed in the present case:- "After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the appellate authority against the order dated 04.04.2019 passed by the competent authority of the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna in Revision Case No. 56 of 2018. It is needless to state that the issue of limitation shall not stand in the way of the appellate authority from adjudicating the appeal on merits.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to
Patna High Court CWJC No.3146 of 2019(4) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner to file appropriate appeal."
It is accordingly directed that the aforesaid order be deemed to be the order passed in the present case on 28.06.2022.
