The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 304(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was done to death by her husband and other in-laws. A few days before the occurrence, Jalesh Rai, the husband of his daughter, took her to his house and killed her. It is submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. In the post-mortemreport, the doctor found suspected case of poisoning. The petitioner is in jail since 27.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased, the above named
