Case No.16 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 395 and 412 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that when the informant reached near Real Model School two miscreants on a motorcycle pointing pistol stopped him and snatched his motorcycle and valuable documents.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner's name has come in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released after completing nine months in custody since 21.3.2015 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S.
