Learned counsel for the informant is however present. Petitioner in the present case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 586/2018 registered for the offence under Sections 354(C), 354(D) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

Learned counsel for the informant informs that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner has not taken place. It is submitted that the petitioner has in fact took photographs of the daughter of the informant edited the same and made them viral which has caused not only loss of reputation but has also made it difficult for the informant to arrange the marriage of his daughter.
