The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.12.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of committing theft in the house of the informant. Name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner, statement to that effect has been made in para 9 of the petition, and others have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 20363 of 2014 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25403 of 2014 (06) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 26339 of 2014.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner is accused in one other case. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 432 of 2013.
