Counsel for the petitioner submits that action taken up against the petitioner under order dated 10.03.2015 by Central Selection Board (Constable Requirement) is without complying the requisite examination of complainant as per mandate of Vigilance department. Having submitted so, he seeks liberty to raise this issue before appropriate forum at appropriate time.

In view of such submission, writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
