The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018. The petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Unnatural death of the wife of the petitioner took place within four years of marriage in her matrimonial house. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The paternal family members of the victim have supported the demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Considering the presumption of commission of dowry death against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused.
