The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The police conducted a raid regarding the sale of a stolen motorcycle and caught the petitioner along with the stolen motorcycle. The petitioner confessed his guilty with regard to the theft of the motorcycle from Shakuntala Cinema Hall.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on suspicion the petitioner has been apprehended and in fact there is no recovery from the petitioner. Moreover, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24268 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 investigation has already concluded.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015.
